Hello, I'm Grace and I attend Downham Market Academy Sixth Form. I am currently studying Business, Media, English Language/Literature and History! I decided to study Media at AS level because I enjoyed it at GCSE and achieved an A Grade. I have an interest in the media; such as reading magazines and keeping up with the latest celebrity news. As well as watching new released movies and listening to music. When I was in Year 11, I also went on the Media Studies school trip to New York. Whilst we were in the Big Apple, we visited The Empire State Building and did a Ferry ride next to The Statue of Liberty. We also went to a recording studio and listened to an upcoming artist practice his soundcheck! This school trip really opened my eyes to the world of media and made me realise that media, really is used all around us! Even walking around Times Square, seeing all the big 'bill boards' and the huge scale of advertisement!
