Today, as a group we drafted our magazine advert and digipak's to give us an idea as to what our audience likes the look of, and how we can improve it if necessary, to suit our target audience.

Designing our digipak and magazine advert was quite a difficult task because we wanted to create a design that was original but still used the stereotypical convention of the indie pop genre. From the outset we have had the idea of the female being delicate and emotional and so we have based a lot of our ideas around this and thankfully all of the audience research we have conducted has supported our initial ideas and made our storyline decision much easier to make. Due to this, we have to have all of the different mediums synergised to ensure that there isn't a continuity issue and to make the story we are creating much more exaggerated. Thankfully, the majority of the audience feedback we received was positive and has given us some ways to improve our digipak and magazine advert when it comes to creating the real thing. I created two surveys on Survey Monkey and sent them out to a range of different females for them to complete. Our target audience for our music video is younger females because they are the stereotypical audience for the indie pop genre. Despite this, we did ask a handful of males and a few older women just to get a wider variety of responses and this also suggested that despite we are targeting younger females, there will also be other audiences who may also enjoy our indie pop music video.  The majority of the improvements that have been suggested, are elements that we could potentially change to improve our magazine advert and digipak including perhaps having white writing on the front cover of the digipak but this isn't a definite because we did ask the question as
